Q. What is the production time on orders?
A. Apparel items that are embroidered usually ship within 10-14 business days. Items that are silk-screened, debossed or laser engraved usually ship within 7-10 business days

Q. Can I use an alternative logo option or department name that is not indicated in the store?
A. Akron Children’s Hospital's Marketing Department has provided the approved logos and department personalization options for use on the store.
Q. Do you have a size chart for apparel items?
A. Yes, each apparel item has a size chart specific to that item. The size chart tab is located underneath the “Add to Cart” button.
Q. Why can’t I add an item to my cart?
A. Please make sure you have selected the mandatory options (indicated by a red asterisk).
Q. Can I return an item?
A. Returns and exchanges are only permitted for items that are damaged/defective. Customizable (Embroidered) apparel cannot be exchanged.
